How late can I place my order?
Shipping within Europe, other than to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, and Switzerland:
Standard shipping
If you order before 4.00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered within three business days, provided the items are in stock.
Express shipping
It is possible to deliver before 12.00 noon the next business day at additional cost when you order before 4.00 PM. *
Outside Europe
Express shipping If you order before 4.00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered within two to seven business days.*
Shipment with carrier
Transit time depends on the carrier and the way the order is transported (car, plane, boat) and varies from a few business days to six weeks.
*This depends on the stock availability and destination.
Which languages do you speak?
The technical specialists in our sales office speak Dutch, English, German, French, and Italian.
Do you also sell other brands of tail lift parts?
We sell tail lift parts under our HACO private label and from all tail lift brands: AMA, Anteo, Bär Cargolift, Behrens, Dautel, Dhollandia, Mariba, MBB-Palfinger, Ratcliff, Sörensen, Zepro, Mammut lift, Foco lift, and Z-lift.

Do you also do repairs?
HACO Tail Lift Parts has been in business for over 30 years and has tremendous experience with tail lift maintenance and repair. Ten years ago we shifted our strategy and made it our goal to become the No. 1 supplier of tail lift parts. We have a wealth of repair knowledge in our organization, which we put to good use every day. We do not repair lift gates in-house, but we have a large network of specialists and can always recommend a good repair specialist near you.
Do I get a warranty?
All HACO cylinders, motors, and pumps are covered by a two year HACO warranty, and all remaining parts are covered by a one year HACO warranty. We also want to offer you – our client – the best possible service. If there are any problems, we will do all we can to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.
Is the product in stock?
HACO products are almost always in stock, and in most situations we can deliver the same day. You can see stock availability when you are logged into your account on our website. If you do not yet have an account, you can register here.
